Shriram Finance revises fixed deposit rates, effective October 11

Mumbai, October 09, 2026: Shriram Finance Limited has announced a revision in interest rates for its Fixed Deposits across various maturity tenures, with the new rates set to take effect from October 11, 2026.

The revised rates apply to deposits up to Rs. 10 crore and include increases across several tenors. For 12-month deposits, the rate will rise from 6.85% to 7.00% per annum, while 15-month digital-only deposits will see an increase from 7.10% to 7.50%. Deposits with tenures of 18 to 23 months will now offer 7.25%, up from 7.05%. The 24 to 35-month category will move from 7.10% to 7.50%, and the 36 to 60-month tenure will increase from 7.50% to 7.85% per annum.

Additional benefits for depositors

Senior citizens aged 60 years or above at the time of deposit or renewal are eligible for an additional 0.50% per annum. Women depositors will receive an extra 0.05% per annum, and renewals of matured deposits will attract an additional 0.15% per annum. Deposits are accepted in multiples of Rs. 1,000, subject to a minimum of Rs. 5,000.

Revised rates for Fixed Investment Plan

The Fixed Investment Plan (FIP) will also see revised rates effective October 11, 2026. For FIP, women depositors will continue to receive an additional 0.05% per annum, with other terms and conditions remaining unchanged.
