Built around Customer Focus, Employee Involvement, Innovation and Ethical practices, Lucas TVS considers its employees as its most valued assets for which it had initiated `Winning Culture’ program six month back.
This program encouraged the young engineers and executives to showcase their innovation and success stories and saw participation from the entire leadership team of the group under the stewardship of the Chairman and Managing Director.
According to the GPTW Institute, the program’s purpose is to give companies an opportunity to benchmark their practices, which is done through a certification process and by capturing employee feedback, making every workplace unique for employees.
During COVID-19, a team of 300 persons ensured round-the-clock health and safety for all employees working in the organisation including temporary and contractual staff. Further, a complete support to COVID-19 affected employees was provided from ambulance pick-up and drop, assistance in medical counselling to home quarantine facility for families.
Lucas TVS has actively contributed to the CM and PM relief funds as well as funded quarantine and vaccination centres for the public besides providing ventilators, oxygen plants and other medical supplies to local government hospitals.
