The Wealth Company Alternates builds ₹1,000 crore public market exit pipeline

Mumbai, October 09, 2026: The Wealth Company Alternates, part of Pantomath Group, has developed a public market exit pipeline exceeding ₹1,000 crore across its private market portfolio, with several investee companies advancing towards initial public offerings (IPOs).

The pipeline includes portfolio companies such as Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited, MKC Agro Fresh Ltd., Hi-Tech Flow Solutions Ltd., Vardhman Appliances Ltd., and BGauss Auto. Zetwerk represents the largest investment within the portfolio and is now moving closer to the public markets, according to the company.

Multiple companies file draft offer documents

MKC Agro Fresh Ltd., Vardhman Appliances Ltd., and Hi-Tech Flow Solutions Ltd., which are part of the India Inflection Opportunity Fund—the first fund of The Wealth Company Alternates’ portfolio—have filed their draft offer documents. BGauss Auto Pvt. Ltd., a portfolio company under Bharat Value Fund (Series 2), is preparing to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

The emerging IPO pipeline spans sectors including manufacturing, engineering, and mobility. The Wealth Company said the transition of these businesses from private capital to public markets reflects its investment approach of supporting growth-stage companies and facilitating institutionalization.

Focus on long-term value creation

Madhu Lunawat, Founder and Whole-time Director of The Wealth Company, said the progress of multiple portfolio companies towards IPOs demonstrates the potential of patient capital and a long-term investment approach. “Our focus has always been on partnering with businesses through their evolution, rather than viewing investment simply as a point-in-time transaction,” Lunawat said.

Lunawat added that as portfolio companies approach the public market stage, the company remains focused on supporting sustainable growth, strengthening governance, and helping build organizations prepared for public company responsibilities.

Over 25 investments in three years

The Wealth Company Alternates has made more than 25 investments in the past three years. Notable investments include Amnex Infotechnologies, Big Mishra, and Haldiram Bhujiawala, in addition to those progressing towards public listings.

The Wealth Company is the asset management arm of Pantomath Group, which manages approximately ₹10,000 crore in client assets. The company offers mutual funds, SIF, and multiple Category II and III AIF schemes, primarily under the Bharat Value Fund series. Its board comprises professionals with diverse expertise, and it is a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), integrating ESG principles into its investment approach.

Pantomath Group is a Mumbai-headquartered financial services conglomerate with operations across investment banking, asset management, equities, fintech, and AI, and a presence in India and international markets including the USA, Singapore, and UAE.
