BGauss Auto Pvt. Ltd., a Bharat Value Fund (Series 2) portfolio company, is preparing to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).
Investment approach and leadership comments
Madhu Lunawat, Founder and Whole-time Director of The Wealth Company, said the progress of multiple portfolio companies towards IPOs demonstrates the potential of patient capital and a long-term approach to investing. “Private investing is about backing businesses before their full potential is recognized by public market and supporting them in building scale, institutional strength, and sustainable long-term value,” Lunawat said.
