Cidara Therapeutics Inc. on Thursday announced “concurrent but separate” underwritten public offerings of its common stock and its Series X convertible preferred stock. Shares of the biotechnology company dropped 17% in after-hours trading.
Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. reported fourth-quarter financial results that showed the company swinging to a gain for the period. Shares of the insurance company climbed 16% in after-hours trading.
