KATHMANDU, Nov 29: The report of ‘The National Insurance Discourse’, a comprehensive national insurance dialogue program, has been submitted to Finance Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat at a program held at the Ministry of Finance.
Raju Dhungel, chairman of Banking Samachar, representative of Life Insurance Association, Pravin Raman Parajuli, Vice Chairman of Life Insurance Association and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Life Insurance, and Birendra Bahadur Baidwar, CEO of Nirjeewan Bima Association, and CEO of Siddhartha Premier Insurance participated in the program.
In the program, the Minister for Finance said that the Ministry of Finance is serious about addressing the problems faced by the common people when there are still challenges in the insurance claims. He said that the regulatory body ‘Nepal Insurance Authority’ has been instructed accordingly to solve these problems.
