MP: Insurance company’s office gutted in fire in Indore, nobody injured

An insurance company’s office was gutted in a fire that broke out on the fourth flooring of the Indore Development Authority’s (IDA) multi-storey constructing right here on Sunday evening, though nobody was injured in the incident, officers stated. The fire, which broke out in the constructing positioned on the Racecourse Road round 7.30 pm, was extinguished practically two hours later, they stated.

Talking to PTI, Tukoganj police station officer Kamlesh Sharma stated that the blaze broken the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd’s office.

The police had earlier stated that it was New India Assurance Company’s office. ”Nobody was injured in the fire and it was put out practically after two hours. The reason for the fire is being investigated,” Sharma stated. The evaluation of loss attributable to the fire can be carried out on Monday, he added.
