Indore, October 15, 2026: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has introduced a 24-week online Executive Programme in Generative and Agentic AI for Business Applications, aimed at equipping managers, consultants and business leaders with the skills to strategically apply artificial intelligence for business transformation.
The programme responds to a growing enterprise shift from using AI solely for content generation to deploying agentic AI systems capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks with limited human intervention. According to McKinsey & Company’s State of AI 2025 report, 62% of organisations are already exploring or deploying AI agents, highlighting the increasing focus on automating business processes and decision-making.
Programme structure and focus areas
The executive programme is designed to help professionals evaluate, implement and govern AI initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. The programme includes real-world business use cases, live masterclasses, mini projects and a graded capstone project to build practical capability.
