Pursuant to the legislation of two May 2007 on the disclosure of serious participations and the introduction of a 3% statutory declaration threshold within the articles of affiliation of Befimmo SA, Befimmo proclaims that it has obtained, on 8 September 2022, a transparency declaration from Glazer Capital. This declaration was achieved following the downward crossing of the declaration thresholds of three% on 27 July 2022.
