Botanica Lozen EOOD, a subsidiary of Arco Vara AS, has signed a construction contract with Strabag EAD for the event of the primary stage of its residential challenge – Botanica Lozen Residences. Construction works are anticipated to start in November.
In the primary stage, 16 non-public homes will probably be constructed close to the village of Lozen, which is positioned on the outskirts of Sofia metropolis. The homes could have two or three flooring – 4 or 5 bedrooms, workplace area, double storage. The measurement of the homes varies between 300-430 sq.m. The buildings have been designed by Vamos OOD architectural studio.
