aiqa enters consumer health market, appoints Anuj Arora as CEO

Gurugram, October 7, 2026: aiqa, a health company backed by Eleven, has announced its entry into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) health segment after six years of operating exclusively through partners and employers. The company also named Anuj Arora as its new Chief Executive Officer.

aiqa currently adds about one lakh members each month across more than 500 cities and reports an annual revenue of approximately ₹100 crore. The company will now offer its health plans and programs directly to consumers, starting with a doctor-led weight care program, with additional offerings planned in the coming months.

Leadership appointment and business expansion

Anuj Arora, who brings 23 years of experience across India, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong, will lead aiqa’s partner and employer business as CEO. Arora previously served as Executive Vice President and Business Head at MediBuddy and led Monster’s India SMB business as well as its operations in the Philippines and Hong Kong.

Karan Chopra, Co-founder of aiqa and Managing Partner at Eleven, said the move reflects changing attitudes towards health in India, with more people seeking proactive wellness solutions. “Over the past six years, we have looked after people through their employers and partners. Today, they can come to us directly,” Chopra said.

New brand identity and consumer offerings

The company has also introduced a new brand identity and website as part of its expansion. aiqa’s initial direct-to-consumer offering will focus on weight care, with further programs to be launched in the near future.

“Most health cover in India remains unused until a person is hospitalised. Our partners want their customers and employees to make real use of it through the year, and that is what aiqa is built for. My role is to extend this to many more of them,” said Anuj Arora, CEO of aiqa.
