Vikram Solar wins 187 MW module supply order for projects in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu

Kolkata, October 15, 2026: Vikram Solar has secured a 187 MW solar module supply order from a leading renewable energy developer for projects located across three sites in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, the company said on Wednesday.

The order will see Vikram Solar deliver high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon G12R modules, each rated between 615 and 625 Wp. These modules feature glass-to-glass construction and bifacial technology, according to the company.

High-efficiency modules to be supplied

The N-Type TOPCon G12R modules are designed to enhance energy yield and durability, with bifacial technology enabling power generation from both sides of the panel. The modules are part of Vikram Solar’s integrated domestic manufacturing portfolio.

Order expands Vikram Solar’s pipeline

The latest order adds to Vikram Solar’s growing pipeline as an integrated domestic manufacturer of solar modules. The company said the supply will support renewable energy capacity addition in southern India.
