Mumbai, October 27, 2026: Vertiv India has entered into a distribution partnership with Singapore-based Inflow Technologies to extend its reach into South Asian markets including Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, the company announced on Tuesday.
The agreement will allow customers in these countries to access Vertiv’s portfolio of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, precision cooling solutions for data centre and edge environments, and IT racks and enclosures. Vertiv will also provide technical training and product support as part of the partnership.

The collaboration aims to support enterprise IT teams and system integrators as they scale infrastructure in the region. The move comes amid growing digital infrastructure investments and increased demand for resilient power and thermal solutions as governments and enterprises in South Asia accelerate digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.
