Truzon secures ₹236 crore solar EPC order from Hariom Power & Energy

Hyderabad, October 16, 2026: Truzon Clean Energies Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Suntek Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., has received a ₹236 crore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order from Hariom Power & Energy Private Limited for ground-mounted solar projects totalling 72 MW in Maharashtra. Of the total capacity, 15 MW has already been executed by Truzon.

The projects, spread across Hingoli, Latur, Parbhani and Beed districts, are being developed under the PM-KUSUM Component C scheme, supporting agricultural solarisation and expanding Truzon’s utility-scale solar portfolio. Hari Om, a listed company, has disclosed the order in compliance with SEBI guidelines.

Project execution and expected output

Truzon is responsible for turnkey execution, covering design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and performance demonstration. Once operational, the projects are expected to generate approximately 89.89 million units of electricity annually, subject to final project specifications and operating conditions.

Statements from Truzon and Hariom

Charugundla Bhavani Suresh, Managing Director of Truzon Solar, described the 72 MW order as a significant milestone in the company’s journey and an endorsement of the trust placed by Hariom Power & Energy. He noted that 15 MW has already been executed and reaffirmed Truzon’s commitment to the continued performance of every plant delivered.

Srinivas Jakkula, Chief Executive Officer of Truzon Solar, said the execution of 72 MW across four districts requires precise engineering and integrated planning across procurement, site mobilisation, construction and quality assurance. He emphasised that safety and long-term performance are central to the company’s approach.

Roopesh Gupta, Managing Director of Hari Om Industries, highlighted the six-year partnership with Truzon Solar, attributing the decision to award the 72 MW project to Truzon’s consistent quality standards and proactive after-sales service.
