The development comprises 24 four-bedroom residences, each over 4,000 sq. ft., with only two apartments per floor across a 30,000 sq. ft. site.
Bodhi is Swan Realty’s second project in Bengaluru, following the completion of Cardinal One in Yeshwanthpur. The company said the new project aims to combine the privacy and space of independent homes with the convenience of apartment living, targeting buyers seeking exclusivity in one of South Bengaluru’s established neighbourhoods.

The project has been designed by Kembhavi Architecture Foundation, adopting a ‘Biophilic Amorphous’ approach that incorporates fluid forms and a strong connection to nature. Bodhi is registered with RERA (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170126/008409) and is scheduled for completion by March 2028.
