StoreMyGoods expands warehouse capacity to 4 lakh sq. ft. across six cities

New Delhi, October 28, 2026: StoreMyGoods has increased its total warehouse capacity to 4 lakh sq. ft. after adding 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of new space across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, and entering Chennai for the first time over the past two months.

The organised storage company said the expansion comes in response to rising demand in its existing markets and aims to improve accessibility for both individual and business customers. The new leased facilities are strategically located in well-connected areas to help businesses manage inventory fluctuations, seasonal demand, and growing storage needs more efficiently.

Expansion into Chennai and key metros

StoreMyGoods has established its first warehouse in Chennai, while also increasing its footprint in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Noida. The company said the additional capacity will support its efforts to reach new customers and strengthen its presence in these cities.

Focus on security and digital tracking

Most of the new warehouses are situated within gated compounds and feature a combination of manual supervision and technology-enabled surveillance. StoreMyGoods also utilises digital inventory tracking to provide item-level visibility and control for customers. Plans are underway to develop more customer-friendly warehouse environments, including designated areas exclusively for customers.

Future growth targets

Sudeep Gupta, Founder of StoreMyGoods, said demand in the company’s existing cities has outpaced projections, leading to a revision of expansion plans. “With increasing mobility and shrinking urban spaces, more people are looking for safe and reliable storage solutions. We are exploring new cities to make organised storage more accessible and cater to these evolving needs,” Gupta said.

He added that the growth of small businesses under initiatives such as Make in India has created a need for flexible storage options, particularly for businesses without their own warehouses. StoreMyGoods aims to operate more than 10 lakh sq. ft. of storage space by FY 29, based on current growth trends and evolving market needs.

StoreMyGoods operates in the organised storage sector, offering warehousing solutions for both individual and business customers across major Indian cities.
