The installation covers two adjacent meeting rooms that can function independently or be combined for larger events such as executive presentations, training sessions, and town halls.
The Kramer solution deployed at SailPoint’s Pune facility features professional audio, 4K video distribution, wireless collaboration capabilities, USB connectivity, and centralised room control. Users are able to switch between Room 1, Room 2, and Combined modes with a single button press, streamlining day-to-day operations and hybrid collaboration for both employees and IT teams.

The system design allows the two meeting rooms to operate separately for routine meetings or merge into one larger environment as needed. This flexibility supports a range of activities, from small team discussions to company-wide gatherings.
