Mumbai, October 27, 2026: The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) has entered into a collaboration with TrackWizz, the RegTech platform of TSS Consultancy Private Limited, to advance technology-enabled education and capacity building in regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and market surveillance through NISM’s RegTech Lab.
The partnership is designed to bridge the gap between regulatory theory and practical application for students and capital market professionals. The initiative will offer structured learning programmes, technology demonstrations, and case-based simulations to provide hands-on experience in identifying suspicious transactions, financial malpractices, and potential money-laundering activities.
Simulation-based learning for compliance
The RegTech Lab will use case studies and simulated scenarios based on domain expertise and capital-market compliance practices. Participants will engage with key compliance processes such as risk assessment, transaction monitoring, alert analysis, investigation, and regulatory reporting. The collaboration supports NISM’s broader objectives in professional education, research, innovation, and capacity building within the securities markets.
TrackWizz to provide technology and expertise
TrackWizz will contribute its technology platform and subject-matter expertise in AML, CKYC compliance, and market surveillance to the RegTech Lab. The company, which supports a significant share of RegTech compliance requirements across the capital markets, aims to connect regulatory concepts with practical applications for market stakeholders.
Collaboration formalised in Mumbai
