New Delhi, July 11, 2026: Nexus Select Trust reported a 17% year-on-year increase in consumption to Rs 3,850 crore for the first quarter of FY27, with net operating income (NOI) rising 11% to Rs 510 crore, the company said on Thursday.
The real estate investment trust (REIT) also announced a 10% year-on-year growth in distribution per unit (DPU) to Rs 2.442, marking its twelfth consecutive quarter of 100% distribution payout. Nexus Select Trust said it has delivered a 25% internal rate of return (IRR) to unitholders since its listing.

The quarter saw continued leasing momentum, with healthy re-leasing spreads and the addition of new brands across the portfolio.
