Nazara Technologies Q2FY27 revenue rises 53% to INR 803 crore

Mumbai, October 26, 2026: Nazara Technologies Limited reported a record quarterly revenue of INR 803 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, marking a 53% year-on-year increase, with EBITDA up 93% to INR 120 crore and EBITDA margin expanding to 14.9%.

The company’s profit after tax from continuing operations reached INR 35 crore, reversing a loss of INR 34 crore in the same quarter last year. For the first half of FY27, Nazara’s revenue climbed 20% to INR 1,232 crore, while EBITDA rose 52% to INR 166 crore at a 13.5% margin.

Gaming drives revenue growth

Gaming contributed 82% of consolidated revenue in Q2FY27, with the segment’s revenue up 122% year-on-year to INR 656 crore and an EBITDA margin of 21.5%. Mobile gaming revenue surged 167% to INR 550 crore. PC and console gaming saw EBITDA grow 61%, with Curve’s margin reaching 38.9%. Offline gaming EBITDA increased 29% on flat revenue, with margin rising to 26.2%.

Organic growth in the gaming segment was 11% for revenue and 17% for EBITDA in the quarter. The first quarter consolidation of Bluetile and BestPlay, effective from August 1, 2026, contributed to the results.

Bluetile and BestPlay integration

Bluetile and BestPlay generated INR 329 crore in revenue during their first two months with Nazara, up 49% over the same period last year. EBITDA from these businesses grew 64% to INR 64 crore, with margin expanding to 19.4% from 17.5%. Growth was attributed to rapid product iteration, expansion into new markets, AI-driven user acquisition, and cross-promotion across the portfolio. Bluetile’s leadership team holds a 5.8% stake in Nazara.

Performance across gaming portfolio

WildWorks posted a 41% revenue increase and 39% EBITDA growth, driven by new Animal Jam content, including a Monster High-themed season. Kiddopia’s revenue rose 21% on a 5% increase in subscribers and an 8% rise in average revenue per user. Fusebox launched Traitors and a new Big Brother season, while Love Island: The Game ranked #1 among free role-playing games on the US App Store in July. Human Fall Flat surpassed 60 million players in its 10th anniversary year.

Leadership changes and platform integration

Bluetile’s core capabilities now function as group Centres of Excellence in Marketing, Data, Product, and Technology, all led by dedicated heads and underpinned by AI. The Marketing Centre of Excellence produced over 290 ad creatives for three studios in a month, while a unified AI-ready data stack supports analytics across the group. All studios share a common prioritisation and greenlight process for new games and acquisitions.
