JITO Hyderabad Chapter leads 80 couples on Kashi and Ayodhya pilgrimage

Hyderabad, October 26, 2026: The Hyderabad Chapter of the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO) organised ‘Pavitra Prarambh’, a four-day spiritual journey to Kashi (Varanasi) and Ayodhya last week, bringing together 80 JITO couples for a pilgrimage focused on faith, devotion and community bonding.

The initiative aimed to offer members an opportunity for spiritual fulfilment while experiencing the cultural and religious heritage of two of India’s most significant pilgrimage destinations. Organisers said the journey also sought to strengthen ties within the JITO community.

Organisers highlight community focus

Manish Jain, Convenor of Pavitra Prarambh, said the event was designed as more than a traditional pilgrimage, providing JITO families with a chance to deepen spiritual connections and create lasting memories. Manoj Kothari, Co-Convenor, noted that the strong turnout reflected the value members place on spirituality and shared experiences.

Support from multiple stakeholders

B. L. Bhandari, President of JITO Hyderabad Chapter, said the organisation is committed to fostering values, fellowship and social harmony among its members, alongside business relationships. The organisers acknowledged support from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Hyderabad Airport, IndiGo and other stakeholders in facilitating the journey. Event management was handled by HolidayBazaar.co.
