Bhopal : Under the aegis of its Madhya Pradesh State Chapter, PHDCCI organised a well-attended “Workshop on AI in HR: Navigating the Full Spectrum” on 30th of November at Hotel Sayaji, Bhopal. The program was organised in association with the Laxmi Narain Group of Technology (LNCT) and ISTD.
The “Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker” Mr Manu Shrivastava (IAS), Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Technical Education and Skill Development, Government of Madhya appreciated PHDCCI for organising a workshop on dwelt theme (AI in HR) and emphasized on the need for greater adoptability of new technology by the industry to come out stronger with 4th Industrial Revolution. He reflected on the current industrial trend in great details and shared how we are witnessing an amazing transition from labour/machine-based productivity to artificial intelligence-based productivity. Mr Anupam Chouksey, Pro-Chancellor, LNCT Group highlighted the importance of AI and its application for revolutionizing the next stage of industrial development. He added that industry-academia should collaborate even more closely for overcoming the challenges.
