Karishma has established herself as a trusted senior real estate professional in the National Capital
Region (NCR), thanks to her exceptional relationship management skills and unwavering client-centric
focus. Her wealth of experience includes significant leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as
Landmark Group, AIPL, M3M, IREO Pvt Ltd, Vatika Group, and SDB Associates. She holds a master’s
degree in Building Engineering and management from the School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi, and
a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from BKPS College of Architecture, Pune.
Beyond her professional achievements, Karishma is a fitness enthusiast, as showcased in the Netflix
documentary ‘Limitless’ for her passion for running. She enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, places, and
cultures.
