Oslo, 9 September 2022, Ultimovacs ASA (the “Company”) refers back to the announcement printed on 5 September 2022 relating to the issuance of recent shares in reference to the Company’s worker incentive program.
The share capital enhance associated to the share concern of 44,000 new shares has been registered within the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the Company’s new share capital is NOK 3,426,576.10, divided into 34,265,761 shares, every with a par worth of NOK 0.10.
