Mumbai, October 26, 2026: Shivani Satish Wagh, Joint Managing Director of Supriya Lifescience Ltd., has been ranked 16th on the Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U35 List 2026, which recognises emerging business leaders under the age of 35 from across industries.
The annual list, compiled by the Hurun Research Institute, features 180 entrepreneurs and next-generation business leaders, up from 155 in the previous edition, marking a 16% increase. The combined valuation of businesses represented on the list rose 23% year-on-year to Rs 48 lakh crore, with first-generation entrepreneurs accounting for 71% of the cohort.

Wagh is among 23 women featured in the 2026 list, alongside Romita Mazumdar of Foxtale, Ananya Birla of Svatantra Microfin, Isha Ambani of Reliance Retail Ventures, and Prukalpa Sankar of Atlan. The women leaders represent sectors including financial services, retail, technology, and healthcare.
Background and previous recognition
Shivani Wagh was also included in the 2025 edition of Hurun’s U35 list for women leaders. She joined Supriya Lifescience in 2014 and has held roles in sales, marketing, business development, and international customer engagement. Wagh holds a degree in Management Studies and a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Manchester, UK.
