Mumbai, November 2, 2026: Suba Hotels Ltd has signed agreements for two new properties under the Choice Hotels portfolio, expanding its presence with a Comfort Inn in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and a Clarion sea-facing resort in Bekal, Kerala.
The contracts for both hotels were signed by Mansur Mehta, Managing Director of Suba Hotels Ltd, the company said in a media release. The Comfort Inn in BKC will be the group’s sixth hotel in Mumbai and is being developed by Triumph Developer Private Limited. The 46-room property is aimed at business travellers and will feature modern facilities.
Clarion resort to open in Bekal
