The Reserve Bank of India, in session with the State Governments/Union Territories (UTs), publicizes that the quantum of whole market borrowings by the State Governments/UTs for the quarter October – December 2022, is predicted to be ₹2,53,060 Crore. The weekly schedule of auctions to be held throughout the quarter together with the title of States/UTs who’ve confirmed participation and tentative quantities indicated by them is as beneath:

The precise quantity of borrowings and the main points of the States/UTs collaborating could be intimated by approach of press releases two/ three days previous to the precise public sale day and would rely on the requirement of the State Governments/UTs, approval from the Government of India beneath Article 293(3) of the Constitution of India and the market situations. RBI would endeavour to conduct the auctions in a non-disruptive method, bearing in mind the market situations and different related elements and distribute the borrowings evenly all through the quarter. RBI reserves the fitting to switch the dates and the quantity of public sale in session with State Governments/UTs.
