Insurance — Subrogation — Gas station explosion
This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, granting summary judgment. Appellant, Republic-Franklin Insurance Company, filed a subrogation complaint against Appellee, Ewing Oil Company, to recover insurance proceeds it paid as a result of an explosion at a gas station owned by Vigilante Enterprises, Inc. (Owners) on June 12, 2018.
