SAN FRANCISCO, July 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Project Invent, a nationwide schooling nonprofit empowering highschool college students to invent for social good, is happy to announce the appointment of Jax Chaudhry as Executive Director. Chaudhry will lead the group in executing Project Invent’s mission to empower college students with Twenty first-century expertise to succeed individually and influence globally by means of invention.

Chaudhry has served in senior management roles for over 10 years at a variety of schooling and nonprofit organizations. With an emphasis on empowering college students and a dedication to range, fairness, and inclusion, Chaudhry has successfully developed sturdy exterior partnerships while sustaining sound fiscal oversight. Having most not too long ago served as the Regional Director for The Literacy Lab, she was chargeable for the strategic management and enlargement of the Washington D.C., Montgomery County, PG County, and Alexandria packages and operations. There, she elevated programming capability by 40%, elevated college partnerships by 50% and launched household engagement. Chaudhry graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Policy & Law.

Chaudhry will succeed Connie Liu, who based Project Invent and served as its first Executive Director. Under Liu’s management, Project Invent has grown from a pilot venture at The Nueva School in San Mateo, CA, to a nationwide nonprofit that has shepherded over 1,000 college students by means of design considering, engineering, and entrepreneurship coaching. Chaudhry will construct on these achievements to assist Project Invent broaden its influence as it enters its fifth yr.
