People on the move in the P&C insurance industry: May 26, 2023

NFP appointed Josh Jeter as a senior vice president and aviation specialty practice leader.  He served at Gallagher as area vice president in its aerospace practice.

Marsh McLennan Agency announced the following appointments:

• Denise Perlman – president of national business insurance
• Kate Moher – president of national employee health & benefits

Aihara & Associates Insurance Services appointed Mike Kinoshita as its executive vice president.

Mound Cotton welcomed special counsel, Adam Alster. Prior to joining Mound Cotton, he worked at White and Williams LLP, McCarter & English LLP, where he represented policyholders in insurance coverage actions, and Day Pitney LLP. He also spent one year working in-house at environmental insurer, Berkley Environmental.

Mound Cotton also announced the following promotions:

• Kristen Kish – special counsel

Everest Re Group, Ltd. announced that Ricardo Anzaldua joined as executive vice president and group general counsel. He served as EVP and general counsel at MetLife, Inc.

Cowbell announced the following appointments:

• Claud Bilbao – U.K. director of underwriting
• Matt Byrne – vice president of tech E&O underwriting

The Hartford announced the following leadership appointments:

• Hayes Henderson – head of sales and relationship management
• Karen Raftery – head of group benefits
• Lynn Kennedy – head of sales and distribution
• Paul Hiscox – chief sales and underwriting officer
