Mumbai, October 19, 2026: Navneet Education Limited has expanded its CBSE portfolio from 45 titles at launch to more than 1,000 titles, the company said on Tuesday, marking a significant increase since establishing its Delhi office in 2018 to strengthen its presence in the CBSE segment.
The company said the portfolio growth reflects its focus on developing products for the evolving needs of CBSE schools. Navneet Education has also introduced vocational education project books and Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence (CT&AI) handbooks, developed in collaboration with IIT Gandhinagar, as part of its alignment with the new CBSE curriculum.
AI and vocational tools for CBSE schools
The CT&AI books are designed to equip students with foundational AI concepts and problem-solving skills for a digital-first world, according to Navneet. The company is among the early publishers to offer such materials for CBSE schools nationwide.
Navneet has also collaborated with PARAKH to promote the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) across CBSE schools, conducting extensive teacher-training programmes to support the adoption of the updated curriculum.
Recognition and future growth plans
Navneet Education was recently named ‘CBSE Publisher of the Year’ for the third consecutive year. The company currently serves more than 40,000 schools across 24 states.
Harshil Gala, President – CBSE & EdTech at Navneet Education, said the company aims to add 10,000 schools to its partner network and introduce over 300 new products to its portfolio by 2030. “We are accelerating innovation in AI-powered classroom education to create more meaningful learning experiences for students and empower teachers with the tools to support better teaching and learning,” Gala said.
Decades-long presence in Indian education
Founded in 1959 by the Gala family, Navneet Education provides syllabus-based educational materials, children’s books, and scholastic stationery under brands such as Navneet, Vikas, Gala, Grafalco, Youva, and HQ. The company also operates Navneet TOPTECH, its EdTech division, and has launched NavneetAI, an artificial intelligence platform for personalised learning and teacher support.
