MintAir Orders 40 of Jaunt’s plane to carry Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Service to Korean Market

LTD (“MintAir”) signed a Letter of Intent with Jaunt Air Mobility LLC (“Jaunt”) to kind a strategic partnership and buy Jaunt Journey electrical vertical takeoff and touchdown (eVTOL) plane. MintAir has agreed to order as much as 40 of Jaunt’s plane to carry air mobility companies to the Korean markets. MintAir will function Jaunt’s unique Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) associate within the Korean market.
