Millions to be worse off still despite two per cent National Insurance cut – Channel 4 News

More than 20 million employees will pay less National Insurance from today. The Treasury says the two per cent cut will save the average earner around £450 a year. But opposition politicians say other tax changes will push many people into higher tax brackets so they won’t be any better off.
