The project was unveiled at a launch event held on July 15, 2026.
Meghna One is designed as Thane’s first lake-facing, IGBC Gold-certified biophilic commercial tower. It aims to integrate Grade-A workspaces, wellness, retail, and hospitality within a single commercial ecosystem. The development offers flexible office spaces ranging from 569 sq. ft. to 10,500 sq. ft. on a single floor, catering to various business needs.
