Marwadi University students win at the National Level Smart India Hackathon 2022

New Delhi, September seventh, 2022: A staff of six students from Marwadi University (MU) — the youngest establishment to be acknowledged as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) by the Government of Gujarat — has received the grand finale of the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022 below the Software Edition, held at G.Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The successful staff at MU, referred to as Witchcraft comprised of students from the Computer Engineering (Artificial Engineering) and Bachelor’s in Computer Application (BCA) programs, from Marwadi University bagged a INR 1,00,000 prize. The members are Kiran Sethumadhavan, Teesha Kshatriya, Neel Dholakia, Akshaj Pillai, Deepak Tailor, and Vatsal Ved.

The recently-concluded SIH 2022 is a nationwide initiative by the Ministry of Education, MOE’s Innovation Cell and AICTE to supply students a platform to unravel urgent issues confronted by the authorities and inculcate a tradition of product innovation and problem-solving.
