Martine Gerow joins the Board of Directors of SCOR

On November 8, 2022, the Board of Directors of SCOR determined, upon proposal of the Nomination Committee, to co-opt Martine Gerow, Chief Financial Officer of American Express Global Business Travel, as a director. She replaces Kory Sorenson1.

Martine Gerow’s mandate took impact at the finish of the Board assembly, and can final for the the rest of Kory Sorenson’s time period of workplace, i.e., till the finish of the General Meeting known as in 2023 to approve the monetary statements for the yr 2022.

Biography
