In this exclusive interview Damini talks about mission, vision and work culture at DPNC Global.

Could you please take us through the journey of DPNC Global?

Our journey can be traced back over 8 decades to Dewan P. N. Chopra, Advocates, Supreme Court of India, which was led by late Dewan P. N. Chopra, a leading Tax Counsel of India. Inspired by his ethos and core principles of Integrity, Knowledge, Quality, Trust, Value and most importantly, Relationships, we established DPNC Global LLP in 2021.

Today, as a multidisciplinary business consulting firm in NCR, our focus is on providing expert solutions to our diverse client base that includes MNCs, Indian Corporates, Family Offices and UHNIs, all while staying true to our core principle of creating long term, meaningful relationships. Our Focus is on providing solutions-based services to partner with our clients as they excel in their fields.

What makes the place unique for talent and what can the joinees expect?

Could you mention some memorable activities that you have undertaken towards talent retention and engagement?

Life At DPNC is an ongoing celebration – we have had some super fun events from Diwali parties to Founder’s Day Celebrations to our New Office opening event. All of these occasions allow us to come together and bond as a team – whether it’s over a month of practice to win a Talent War (!) or a Buddy Session that allows new joiners to feel welcomed and build a sense of belonging with the DPNC Family – each event is planned to maximise fun & camaraderie among the team.

Whats your vision for the future?

Our goal is to be recognised as a top business consulting firm that adds value to our clients as they progress in their goals. To do this, we continue to grow our amazing team with like-minded individuals that recognise and relate to our core values & principles, and like us, wish to make a positive, lasting impact. Though some of our key client relationships have lasted for over 3 generations, we are far from done and believe the best is yet to come!

Damini Talwar, Designated Partner

Damini is a senior professional with 14+ years of experience in Strategy & Business Development, Talent Acquisition & Management and Wealth Management. She currently leads the Team & Culture division at DPNC Global LLP and works closely with other Firm leaders to define and deploy the Team Culture & Growth Strategy at the Firm.

In her previous role leading the HR vertical at Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co, she built in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Team Culture Development and People Policies & Processes.

Damini holds a Masters in Finance from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom and a Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
