Mumbai, October 27, 2026: JLL has established JLL Finance Services (IFSC) Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Private Limited, as a Global Regional Corporate Treasury Centre (GRCTC) at India’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in GIFT City, the company announced on Tuesday.
The new treasury hub will centralise JLL’s treasury operations for jurisdictions spanning the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. The centre will operate under the regulatory oversight of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), aiming to enhance operational consistency, banking administration, funding, and liquidity management across JLL’s global operations.
Centralised treasury operations
JLL Finance Services (IFSC) Private Limited is designed to deliver strategic treasury services as part of JLL’s operational excellence initiative. The GRCTC will streamline funds management and capital deployment, standardise processes and governance frameworks, and strengthen financial oversight for the group.
According to JLL, the decision to locate the GRCTC at GIFT City was driven by the IFSC’s tax-efficient, internationally aligned regulatory environment, clear cross-border transaction guidelines, and access to skilled financial professionals in India at competitive costs.
Scope and services of the centre
The GRCTC will provide treasury services such as funding and liquidity management for JLL entities worldwide, operating under IFSCA’s unified regulatory regime. The company plans to expand the centre’s scope in phases, including broadening services, increasing regional coverage, developing advanced analytics, and building a specialised treasury team.
Leadership comments
Radha Dhir, Chief Executive Officer, India, JLL, said GIFT City’s GRCTC model offers regulatory sophistication and talent depth for JLL’s first Asia-Pacific treasury hub. “India’s highly skilled financial professionals, combined with the jurisdiction’s internationally aligned framework and operational efficiencies, enable us to centralise funding operations and optimise capital deployment,” Dhir said.
Courtney Greenslade, Global Treasurer, JLL, added that establishing a presence in GIFT City strengthens JLL’s ability to manage liquidity and funding efficiently across the region and supports the company’s global treasury capability.
Long-term plans
JLL intends to progressively expand the GRCTC’s remit, with plans to increase the range of services, regional coverage, and analytics capabilities, as well as to develop a specialised treasury team at the centre.
JLL is a global commercial real estate and investment management firm with operations across multiple continents.
