
Markell Kunigus and Todd Musheno
The Hartman Group recently announced the promotion of Markell Kunigus and Todd Musheno to the partnership group.
“Markell and Todd have been instrumental in helping the company grow its statewide recognition as a premier independent insurance agency,” a news release said. “Both demonstrate Hartman’s commitment to providing clients with exceptional service and unparalleled value.”
Kunigus joined The Hartman Group in 2017 as a customer service executive, facilitating the management of customer service/account management. She was previously employed as an underwriting manager for Selective Insurance. Markell graduated from Lycoming College, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and managerial economics. Additionally, she has earned her associate in underwriting, associate in insurance services and chartered property and casualty underwriter designations. She is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Lycoming and currently serves as a board member for Hope Enterprises Inc. Markell is married to John Kunigus and they have three sons.
Todd Musheno joined the Hartman Group in 2013 as a commercial lines account executive providing service to our property and casualty clients. Prior to joining the Hartman Group, Todd worked as a commercial lines underwriter for the Cincinnati Insurance Co. Musheno is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with honors. He is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Lycoming, and currently sits on the board of the Lancer Foundation at the Loyalsock Township School District. He is married to Katie Musheno and they have three daughters.

The Hartman Group was founded in 1932 and operates out of offices in Williamsport and State College.
