Syracuse, N.Y. — An Illinois firm has acquired a big Syracuse insurance agency that has been in business for 94 years.
Alera Group, a nationwide insurance and wealth companies firm with headquarters within the Chicago suburb of Deerfield, acquired Haylor, Freyer & Coon Inc. final week. Terms of the transaction weren’t introduced.
