Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. introduced the appointment of Anita Kuchma as Chief Executive Officer at Hamilton Select.
A spokesperson stated, “Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. today announced the appointment of Anita Kuchma as Chief Executive Officer at Hamilton Select, its US excess and surplus [E&S] lines insurer with a Financial Strength Rating of A- [Excellent] from A.M. Best Company, Inc. Kuchma reports to Group CEO Pina Albo and replaces Clay Rhoades who is no longer with the organization.”
“Having worked with Anita in the past, I am pleased to welcome her to Hamilton’s Executive Team,” stated Albo. “The breadth and depth of her know-how and expertise, as well as her proven leadership, will prove instrumental as we continue to build out Hamilton Select, a key pillar of the Company’s strategy, at this exciting time in the market.”
The spokesperson stated, “Kuchma has over 35 years of specialty insurance and reinsurance industry experience, having spent the past 16 years in numerous underwriting, financial, strategic and operational roles of increasing seniority at Munich Re America.”
