Falvey Insurance Group, a specialty MGA, has appointed Brad Eldridge, formerly the Senior Vice President of Business Development, as its new Chief Relationship Officer.
This appointment follows the retirement of Daryl Mackay, the former Chief Relationship Officer, who stepped down on December 31st, 2023.
Mackay had an extensive insurance industry career, most notably with 27 years at JLT, and the past six years at Falvey. He has also assumed a board position following his retirement.
As the CRO, Eldridge’s remit will include spearheading the organization’s market and broker relationships while also enhancing and expanding Falvey’s strategic partnerships.
Mike Falvey, President and Chief Executive Officer, Falvey Insurance Group will assume the role of CEO and President of the Board of Directors.

Michael Miller, with senior marine insurance leadership positions at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, Markel Insurance, as well as board experience with the American Institute of Marine Underwriters, Inland Marine Underwriters Association, and Water Quality Insurance Syndicate, will also assume a board position.
Falvey also has plans to expand the board of directors in the coming year to include other industry leaders with diverse expertise.
