Mumbai, October 8, 2026: Edelweiss Alternatives and Japan Expressway International Co., Ltd. (JEXWAY) have entered into an arrangement to exchange global practices and expertise for the management of highway and transport assets in India and Japan, the companies announced.
The partnership includes a capital investment by JEXWAY in Citius TransNet Investment Trust, which is managed by EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited, as well as a technical services exchange with Sekura India Management Limited (SEKURA), Edelweiss Alternatives’ asset operating and management platform.
Long-term technical collaboration
SEKURA and JEXWAY will engage in a structured, long-term arrangement to facilitate a two-way exchange of advanced technical solutions and operational practices for highway and transport assets. The collaboration will leverage JEXWAY’s experience in operating expressway networks and SEKURA’s infrastructure asset management capabilities in India.
