Independence Day Walkathons and Creative Contests Ignite Office Spirit

In the lead-up to Independence Day, Capgemini in India organized walkathons across its offices. Over 6,000 employees participated, with the events spearheaded by Ashwin Yardi, CEO of India; Aarti Srivastava, CHRO – India; Sarika Naik, Group Chief Responsibility Officer; and Sanjay Chalke, Chief Operating Officer – India. Leaders and employees came together in a vibrant display of tricolour attire, marching in unison around the campus to celebrate the essence of freedom. The atmosphere was filled with patriotic songs and spirited slogans, creating a powerful sense of national pride and unity. The company also hosted several internal contests, including digital art, reels, and quizzes, to foster an interactive and engaging celebration of the theme.
