On 28 October 2022, Befimmo signed a binding settlement to promote 25 regional buildings from the Fedimmo portfolio, of which some are topic to common circumstances precedent, for a complete quantity of €104 million, in keeping with the anticipated honest worth at 12 months finish, all different issues being equal. The buildings to be offered characterize a complete floor of roughly 115,000 m².
