The financial watchdog has dropped charges against banned financial planner David Michael Fong after his former advisory company pleaded guilty to dishonest conduct.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission confirmed it had discontinued all the charges against Mr Fong after Fong Financial Planners Pty Ltd pleaded guilty on Friday to three of 11 charges.
