A subsidiary of Arco Vara, Kodulahe OÜ, gained a state land public sale at Lammi road 6, Merimetsa, Kodulahe quarter.
The measurement of the land plot is 14,553 m2 and the anticipated GBA is 17,000 m2 above floor. The estimated funding for the venture is 45 million euros. In 2022, making ready the detailed plan of the land plot will start.
