Good news for candidates looking out for government jobs in the banking sector. The Central Bank of India is recruiting a total of 3000 candidates for the position of Apprentice with the organisation.
The application process for the position has already begun and candidates will have the opportunity till March 6 to submit their application. The examination will be held on March 10, 2024.
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government.
Candidates should have completed & have passing certificate for their graduation after 31.03.2020.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the position should be between the 19 to 28 years, i.e. born between April 1, 1996 to March 31, 2004.
Physical/Medical Fitness
Engagement of Apprentices will be subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of an Online Written Test consisting of five parts, i.e.
1. Quantitative, General English, & Reasoning Aptitude and Computer Knowledge
2. Basic Retail Liability Products
3. Basic Retail Asset Products
4. Basic Investment Products
5. Basic Insurance Products
Local Language Proof (The candidate should be proficient in local language)
Selected candidates will be engaged with the bank for a period of 12 months.
How to Apply?
Candidate need to register him/herself on the apprenticeship portal – www.nats.education.gov.in, before applying for apprenticeship in the Bank. Candidate with 100% completed profile on the apprenticeship portal, only is eligible to apply to the Bank for Apprenticeship.
