ROUND ROCK, Texas and Noida, India, July 7, 2026 (BFN Bureau): Actian, the data and AI division of HCLSoftware, has integrated Jaspersoft’s embedded analytics and reporting into its data management portfolio following HCLSoftware’s acquisition of Jaspersoft.

Actian plans to continue developing Jaspersoft’s roadmap, with enhancements including AI-enhanced analytics, agentic BI capabilities, and deeper integration across Actian’s offerings. Jaspersoft’s approximately 90 partners across 44 countries will also join Actian’s network, providing customers with local implementation and support expertise.
