Bengaluru, October 28, 2026: TVS Credit Services Limited reported a 19% year-on-year increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹243 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as disbursements grew 31% and total income rose 14% to ₹2,029 crore in Q2 FY27.

The company’s Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹33,818 crore as of September 30, 2026, marking a 22% increase from the previous year. For the first half of FY27, PAT stood at ₹452 crore, up 17% from H1 FY26, while total income for the half-year was ₹3,948 crore, also a 14% rise year-on-year.

Growth across retail financing segments

TVS Credit attributed the growth in Q2 FY27 disbursements to sustained demand in key retail financing segments. The two-wheeler category saw robust demand in semi-urban and rural markets, with increased adoption of electric vehicles. Consumer durables and three-wheeler financing also recorded strong demand, supported by higher financing penetration and festive season purchases.

Network expansion and technology initiatives

During the quarter, the company expanded its presence to over 65,100 touchpoints nationwide and disbursed loans to more than 14 lakh new customers, bringing its total customer base to over 2.7 crore. TVS Credit continued to invest in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and technology to enhance risk assessment, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Comparative financial performance

In Q2 FY27, AUM stood at ₹33,818 crore, compared to ₹27,807 crore in Q2 FY26. PAT increased from ₹204 crore to ₹243 crore, and total income rose from ₹1,784 crore to ₹2,029 crore.
